We are pleased to be able to announce that we have found a supplier of High Quality Lister Type Diesel Engines.

This UK supplier has been working hard for a long time to establish a strong international trade link with an Indian engine manufacturing company and are proud to be the UK representative of Anand Enterprise. Anand Enterprise produce their own world renowned Powerline brand of engines and are market leaders in their field with an excellent reputation for building some of the highest quality CS type engines in India.

All these engines are manufactured by Anand Enterprise under the Paramount brand name to their exacting standards. Most of these engines are manufactured to order because there are many custom options that we can offer. Please understand that it will take approximately ten to twelve weeks from placing your order to receiving delivery. We appreciate that this may seem like a long time but it is the only way we can offer these engines with such wide choice of customised options.

We will order your Paramount engine to be purpose built to our exacting standards, however it is worth checking with us because we do carry some standard engines in stock and we may be able to assist your urgent requirements.

All our Lister CS type engines are fully Bio diesel compatible, a test report can be viewed by clicking on the info button above.

All our Paramount engines come complete with the following as standard:-
Heavy duty cast iron Starting handle for hand cranking.
New type replaceable cartridge oil filter for better filtration with modern detergent grade oils as well as the standard internal oil strainer.
A Water thermostat assembly built into a special flange on the top cylinder head water outlet joint.
A 12" flat belt pulley.
A full toolkit comprising of spanners, screwdrivers and an oil can.
A comprehensive user manual and diesel engine guide.

Some of the custom options that we can offer are as follows:-

1, New type cylinder liner without chrome or old type solid cast cylinder either with or without chrome plating at no extra cost.
2, With or without compression change over valve on all models at no extra cost.
3, New easily obtainable taper roller bearings or original type white metal bush bearings for the crankshaft at no extra cost.
4, Radiator cooling system with fan and water pump or the provision for tank cooling via thermosyphen action (tank not supplied).

What benefits does it provide?

Whilst centralised (Power Station) electricity generation dumps over 50% of the available fuel energy into the atmosphere, the GenStation CHP reduces that to 10%. It is a 90% energy efficient system. This translates into a 32% reduction in CO2 emissions for the average UK home.

A possible 37% saving in your annual fuel bill, even if your home as grid electricity and grid gas supply. For example, if you were to run a GenStation on grid gas, the cost of the electricity generated would be approximately the same you would pay for grid electricity, but you would be getting all your heat for free.

Energy security and utility independence. For those homes either off-grid or near 'end of line', the GenStation provides dependable, cost effective energy for your home.

Volvox GenStation Series of CHP Systems

What is it?

The GenStation domestic CHP is an ultra-quiet small industrial (Continuous Duty) generator, where nearly all the waste heat (inherent in all electricity generation) is recovered and made available in the form of hot water for use in your home. It is therefore best to think of the GenStation as a replacement for your boiler, but with the added benefit of electricity production.
It is installed outside, but near to your house and is approximately the same size as two fridges.
It has sufficient output capacity to provide all the electricity and all the heat required by the average UK home.
The most common mode of using the GenStation is just as you would a boiler - when your home needs heat. This is also when your needs the vast majority of its electricity. The GenStation can even be controlled by the same (7 day) timer that you use to control your boiler. It is completely automated, requiring no manual intervention in its day to day running.
At times when the GenStation is not running (night time and mid-day usually), either grid electricity or battery bank and inverter will automatically take over. This non-GenStation electricity is a tiny proportion of your daily consumption.
The GenStation Gas model can run on Natural Gas, LPG (Calor Gas), Biogas or even Woodgas. We also provide a GenStation model that can run on Diesel or Biodiesel.
